Department of Translation and Interpretation (T&I) organized pictorial exhibition of translators and theorists at female campus which was visited by International Islamic University (IIU) President Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh.
The exhibition was also attended by Incharge T&I Dr. Inam ul Haq Ghazi, female chairperson and faculty members and students of the department. The students framed summaries of various translators and theorists of translation studies. Students also prepared one pager summary of the words of IIUI President.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. AL-Draiweesh hailed the effort of the department and said that the management at the department has rightly sensed the importance of the department in the coming era such as CPEC and other projects and they have doubled the pace of progress. He said the hard work in a creative and comprehensive way being done by the department was commendable. He assured maximum support to the students and the department.
