Dear Young Technologists, Welcome to Iqra College of Technology and Skills (ICT&S), International Islamic University (IIU), Islamabad. I am humble and at the same time, I feel honored to write for you. Technology in today's Knowledge Worker Age is becoming a focal point for economic, industrial, agricultural, social and even political development of any country. In today's world, almost every day-to-day activity is primarily dependent on variety of technologies.
So everyone needs to have the basic know how of technologies and there must be a young cross-section of population, who must have an in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of classical and emerging technologies. I invite you to study at ICT and receive technological knowledge need for the Knowledge Worker Age and the wisdom required for the future Wisdom Age.
At ICT&S, we are working hard to develop the technological competency as well as the character of our young students, who are the future leaders of technology in the world of work. I assure you that with your support and the dedication and commitment of our teaching and administrative team at ICT&S, very soon we together will achieve the best academic and administrative levels for which our journey at ICT&S started in 1995 and now moving forward in my tenure since May 2018.
I wish the best for the young entrants of the current session in DAE and B-Tech programs at ICT&S, IIU. Stay blessed and happy.
