The 42nd Faculty Board Meeting of Faculty of Management Sciences (FMS) of International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) held here at New Campus of the university, which was chaired by Professor Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh, President, IIUI.
The board discussed research proposals of the MS and PhD scholars and masters students who have already defended their synopses before their respective Boards of Research. IIUI President stressed in the meeting that research must be relevant to the needs of the society and students and scholars must be urged to explore new and advanced avenues in the field of research. Board members also issued relevant recommendations and suggestions for further improvements.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Dean Faculty of Management Sciences, FMS, IIUI and members of the board.
Later IIUI President visited faculties of Shariah and law and Islamic Studies where he met with the Deans and faculty members. Meanwhile, IIUI President also observed the faculty board meeting at Shariah and Law which was also attended by Dean, Dr Muhammad Tahir Hakeem and also rest of the members.
