International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) will hold its 11th convocation at Jinnah convention centre Islamabad on March 13-14.
On the first day of convocation, as many as 6385 degrees will be conferred on male students, while 6726 degrees will be conferred on female students. According to details, in the 39 years long history of IIUI, it will be 11th convocation in which total 13111 will be conferred on male and female students.
After this convocation, total produced degree holders’ number will reach to 51113. University will confer 206 PhD degrees on students, while total number of IIUI’s PhD students will reach to 419. A total of 319 students will be awarded gold medals in the mega event.
According to IIUI administration, preparations for the mega event have entered in the final phase and it will be attended by Ambassadors, ministers, present and former high officials of university, researchers and parents of the students.
