The Department of Urdu, Faculty of Languages and Literature (FLL), Female Campus, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) organized a webinar titled “Academic Writing” at new campus of the university.
It was aimed to enhance capabilities of PhD students of Urdu Department so that they can acquire contemporary skills regarding academic writing. It is pertinent to mention here that the Department of Urdu in 2019 introduced “Academic Writing” and “Principles of Academic Writing and Editing” two new course at MS and PhD levels with the efforts of Prof. Dr. Najeeba Arif, Dean, FLL, IIUI.
Dr. Jameel Asghar Jami, Director Department of Translation and Interpretation, NUML,the keynote speaker, Department of Translation and Interpretation. The department is continuously organizing such webinars for students in which renowned speakers are participating to facilitate MS and PhD Students.
