A meeting of the steering committee for higher studies and research was held here at the new campus that was chaired by Vice President Higher Studies and research, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed.
It was attended by Deans, Director Academics, Incharge exams, Director ORIC, Incharge research section and other relevant officials.
The committee reviewed the matters pertaining to rules and regulations regarding MS and PhD. The participants deliberated upon the update, revision and improvement of the rules. This was The committee finalized the draft for the rules and regulations of MS and PhD. The committee also discussed the formula for the supervision of MS and PhD.
The members also drafted a policy upon time barred cases of research as well. The committee will forward these recommendations to Board of advanced studies and research.
