First session of the grooming and manners training for Naib Qasids of International Islamic University (IIU) was arranged here at the new campus.
The training sessions are being organized by Department of Protocol & Public Relations and Institute of Professional Development (IPD) on recommendation of the University Beautification Committee.
The first session of the two-day training program was joined by as many as 37 Naib Qasids. The training was focused on basic etiquettes and serving skills. The training was also aimed to enable the participants to realize the need for better delivery of service. Trainers of the activity were Kashif Sohail Malik and Ms. Saneeha Khalid from IPD.
The opening ceremony of the training was addressed by Vice President AF&P, Prof. Dr. N.B.Jumani. He motivated the participants to participate actively in the training. He said that it is the hard work that matters at IIUI and it is the institution that respects the basic rights of all of the employees. He hoped that the training will help in improvement of the performance and awareness of the Naib Qasid who will be a source of better image building through better serving and practicing the etiquettes. The Vice President urged that honesty and dedication must be observed.
