Prayer for Late Hafizah, Qariah Ms.Shafqat Hakeem, and a teacher in Hifz ul Quran department was held at the department at female campus.
Hafizah, Ms.Shafqat Hakeem passed away last month. She was doing her PhD in the field of Qiraa’aat (the ten recitation of Holy Quran). She had done dars-e-nazami course, had memorized the whole Quran and had knowledge of the ten recitations of Holy Quran (qiraa’aat). She also served in the field of Quranic Studies in the faculty of Usuludin.
Dr.Taj Afsar, Head of Tafseer Department expressed extreme sorrow on her sad demise. while Ms Sajida Jamil, Incharge of Dar e Muneera also expressed extreme sorrow and grief.
