NAMAZ E TARAWEEH AT FAISAL MASJID IN LIGHT OF SOPs

Namaz e taraweeh at Faisal Masjid is being offered in the light of national policy devised in view of Covid-19 pandemic on daily basis.

Social distancing is being observed and namaz e taraweeh on daily basis being offered as per SOPs issued by the Government of Pakistan. Social distancing markers have been installed and soap and hand sanitisers have been provided for the faithful.

According to details given by Faisal Masjid’s Islamic Centre, Dr Qari Zia ur rehman, Qari Muhammad Nauman and Qari Ehsan ullah  are  Aima for namaz e Taraweeh. The Islamic Centre has vowed that it will be continuing to adhere to social distancing and other precautions for the safety of public.

Meanwhile, IIU Rector and President in a special message for Ramadan have urged to observe SOPs for collective prayers and namaz e taraweeh. They also called upon all the Muslims to adopt precautionary measures in view of the growing danger of coronavirus in the third wave. They have also directed to make best arrangements for taraweeh in the light of SOPs at Faisal Masjid.
