Naheed Naz, a PhD scholar of Urdu department (Female campus) of the International Islamic University (IIU) successfully defended her thesis.
Topic of her dissertation was “ Anees Nagi k Afsanvi Adab mai Jadeediyat ki akaasi: Tehqeeq o Tanqeed” which was supervised by Dr. Najeeba Arif, Chairperson of the department. Dr. Nazir Tabasum from Department of Urdu, City University, Peshawar and Dr. Khalid Maqbool Sanjrani of Department of Urdu, Government College University Lahore were the external examiners. Meanwhile, Head of the department of IIUI, Dr. Aziz ibn ul Hassan was the internal examiner. Faculty and the department and academic fraternity felicitated the scholar upon on her success.
