Rector of International Islamic University (IIU), Professor Dr. Masoom Yasinzai and President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yousif Ahmed Al Draiweesh called on President of Pakistan and Chancellor IIUI Dr. Arif Alvi in Islamabad today.
IIUI Rector and President briefed the President on achievements and research work of the IIUI. The President stated that the government is focusing on higher education and urged the university to engage in progressive research work with integration of Islamic knowledge with contemporary academics. The President of Pakistan emphasized that academicians play the most important role in character building of our young generation.
IIUI mission is to transform the society by promoting education, training, research, technology, and collaboration for reconstruction of human thought in all its forms on the foundations of Islam.
