President International Islamic University, Islamabad Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh met with Chairman Majlis-e-Shura Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Dr Abdullah Mohammad Al-Sheikh.
During the meeting at the residence of the Ambassador of Saudi Arabia, issues of mutual interest and matters pertaining to bilateral cooperation were discussed. Dr Abdullah Mohammad Al-Sheikh hailed IIUI for its role in the field of education and assured of maximum support to the university in achievements of its goals.
Dr. Al-Draiweesh apprised him about the goals, objectives and future vision of the university, while he also briefed about the challenges being faced by IIUI. Dr. Al-Draiweesh said that IIUI is keen to expand its educational ties with all the universities of Muslim world. He also thanked KSA government for support and cooperation with IIUI.
