The President International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yousif Ahmed Al Draiweesh met with the presently inducted Indonesia students and IIUI Alumni in Indonesia in the Great Hall of the University of Dar es Salaam Contour in the presence of Prof. Dr. Amal Fathallah Zarkshi, Rector of the University of Dar es Salaam.
The President International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) Prof. Dr. Ahmed Yousif Ahmed Al Draiweesh along with IIUI delegation is presently visiting different Indonesian universities. During the visit, he has signed a number of MoUs with different Indonesia
n Universities/Institutions of higher education. IIUI President was accompanied in the meeting by the delegation members including Executive Director IRD Dr. Husn ul Amin.
Dr. Amal Fathallah Zarkshi, hailed the efforts of Dr. Al-Draiweesh and praised the achievements of IIUI through services to Mulsim world. He also thanked IIUI President for his efforts of cooperation between Isl
amic world varsities in the fields of science, communication, technology and Islamic studies.
He thanked IIUI President for attending and talking at the World Conference organized by the University of Dar es Salaam Contour on the topic of Al-Quds Al-Sharif.
The President of the University delivered a speech to the students and graduates of the Islamic Un
iversity terming them an asset of Muslim world. He said that they were the real ambassadors of IIUI and they were the torch bearers of the dissemination of the message of peace.
He urged to remain in contact with the university and keep sending experiencing and suggestion back which he said will help in improvements.
Later, a dinner was also held in his honour where exchange of experiences and ways to promote academic excellence were discussed.
