The Office of Professional Trainings, Directorate of HRM&D at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), conducted a two-day training program focused on the IIUI Ordinance (1985), Statutes, Rules, and Regulations. The training aimed to improve understanding of the university’s legal and regulatory structure among academic and administrative staff.
Led by Mr. Saqib Rashid, Deputy Director HRM&D, the sessions provided a detailed overview of the legal documents. Participants were guided through the contents clause by clause, with explanations connecting the text to practical applications in university operations. Mr. Saqib Rashid’s expertise in human resource management added depth to discussions, especially on topics related to personnel policies and governance.
The training saw active participation, with attendees raising questions and discussing real-life scenarios. The open format encouraged dialogue and helped clarify key areas of the statutes and rules.
