IIUI, GCU VOW MUTUAL COOPERATION

vvvvvvInternational Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) and Government College University (GCU) have agreed to boost bilateral ties and vowed that steps for signing an MoU for cooperation will be taken under which faculties of both sides will share experiences in the fields of engineering, Arabic and quality enhancement.

This was agreed between both sides at GCU when Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh, President, International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI), along with an IIUI delegation called on (GCU) Vice Chancellor Dr. Hassan Ameer Shah.

VC GCU apprised the IIUI President regarding history of the university and said that GCU will be available forpic1111111 having collaborations with IIUI. The IIUI President lauded contributions of GCU and said that it has produced renowned personalities who really changed the history. He told that IIUI is providing quality education to more than thirty thousand students in the light of Islamic teachings and according to contemporary needs.

Dr. Al-Draiweesh also visited various departments of the university, took keen interest in the libraries at GCU and rare manuscripts’ collection.
