A four member assessment team of sociology experts reviewed the 
performance of Department of Sociology (Female) International Islamic University, Islamabad.
The team comprised on Prof. Dr. Niaz Muhammad Chairman Department of Sociology, University of Peshawar as external member, Dr. Hazir Ullah Associate Professor Department of Sociology as internal member, Dr Rabia Gul Chairperson Department of Sociology Female Campus and Dr. Muhammad Amir Khan Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) IIUI.
The self assessment reports of four programmes including PhD Sociology, MS Sociology, MSc Sociology and BS Sociology were evaluated in detail by the experts according to the guidelines provided by the Quality Enhancement Cell Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan.
The team expressed its satisfaction over the performance and made some recommendations for further improvement of the programmes. After the meeting, Dr. M. Amir presented IIUI souvenir to the external member Prof. Dr. Niaz Muhammad as an acknowledgement.
