A meeting regarding course registration of the students of Spring Semester-2023 under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Muhammad Khan, Director (Academics & Examinations) was held here in the Council Hall, Administration Block of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI).
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Zahid, Deputy Director (A&E), Mr. Jawad Shakir, Deputy Director (A&E), Dr. Maryam Javed, Deputy Director (Finance), Dr. Tariq Sultan, Deputy Director (Directorate of Graduate Studies), Ms. Madiha Akram, Deputy Director (Academics), Ms. Rubab Fatima, Deputy Director (Examination), all program coordinators of departments and other relevant officials of Academics Section and Fee Section of the University.
During the meeting various issues related to course registration and fee defaulter students of spring semester 2023 were also discussed. On this occasion Dr. Muhammad Khan appreciated the performance of all program coordinators during the course registration process of spring semester 2023 students.
In the meeting it was recommended that students who have not paid their dues and not registered their courses, must not be allowed to sit in the classes from Monday, March 06, 2023 as such students would be allowed only after payment of fee and course registration from March 06, 2023 to March 10, 2023 however, after the extended date they will not be entertained.
It was also recommended that admissions of fee defaulter students will be suspended after March 10, 2023 if they remain failed to submit the fee and course registration
