AQSA ARSHAD PUBLISHES ARTICLE, PRESENTS PAPER IN UK MOOT

Ms. Aqsa Arshad, Lecturer, Department of Physics, Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences of International Islamic University, Islamabad has published a research article in Nanoscale, a highly reputed with impact factor 7.367 and ISI indexed international journal. Aqsa Arshad, recently also presented a research paper in an International conference, Advance Energy materials in University of Surrey at Guilford, United Kingdom, where Internationally renowned scientist and researchers from 48 countries participated.

According to the researcher, the study in the paper on Nanoscale  is about wastewater treatment and pathogen control, the two giant problems of Pakistan. She told that the study aimed at developing the novel approaches to remove the organic contaminants from polluted water. The study also covered the development of novel methods to completely eradicate multidrug resistant bacteria.
