Ambassador of Mauritius to Pakistan called on President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh at his office at the old university (King Faisal Mosque).
During the meeting bilateral cooperation in the field of education was discussed.
Dr. Ahmed Dr. Ahmed welcomed the ambassador and gave him a brief overview of the university and its history and its efforts for Islam, science, peace and higher education. He expressed University’s readiness to cooperate with universities in Mauritius in terms of exchange of experiences and joint programs.
The Ambassador said that IIUI is one of the leading universities and its services in the various fields are laudable. He welcomed the idea of joint cooperation in the scientific and knowledge fields, praising Dr. Ahmed’s role in IIUI’s progress and dissemination of message of peace and tranquility.
