TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT COURSE FOR NON-ACADEMIC EMPLOYEES CONCLUDES

The concluding session of the training program, titled as “Training and Development of Non-Academic Employees”, organized by the Office of Professional Training was held.
The Vice President, Female Campus IIUI graced the program’s closing session as Chief Guest. She was briefed about the design and purpose of the program by Ms. Nosheen Syed, In-charge Office of Professional Training.

As many as 325 non-academic employees (BPS 09 TO 16) participated and benefited from the course in eight groups. Resource Persons included, Mr. Inaam Ul Haq (Director IPD), Dr. Zara Tahir (Asstt. Professor FMS), Dr. Kashif Suhail Malik (Consultant/ Master Trainer IPD),Ms. Sidra Huma, (Media & Communication Studies Dept.), Ms. Sara Rasheed (English Dept.) who delivered lectures to the participants. Topics of the training included Professional Ethics, Customer Care, Communication Skills, and Job Meaningfulness.

Prof. Dr Samina Malik expressed her pleasure on completion of training program for 325 employees. She stressed the need and continuity of such training programs for employees in future. She encouraged the resource persons and organizers of the program. Prof. Dr. Samina Malik also stressed on punctuality, hardworking, loyalty and sincerity with the University adding that these are keys to success for employee’s career and their self-grooming. Ms. Nosheen Syed thanked to the Resource persons, Participants and the Staff Members on their support to conduct such successful training sessions.
