International Islamic University Rector Dr. Masoom Yasinzai and President IIUI Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh attended the Vice Chancellors meeting the other day at Islamabad.
The meeting was chaired by Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman, Higher Education Commission (HEC). During the meeting, matters pertaining to promotion of education and its challenges came under discussion. The participants also agreed that steps for the collaborations, exposure of students be taken. The meeting was attended by vice-chancellors of more than 100 universities. Participants hailed the efforts of government of Pakistan for improvements in education sector. They also lauded Chairman HEC for his role in providing quality higher education to youth.
