4th Meeting of Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) for year 2018 held at New Campus, under the chairmanship of Worthy President, IIUI Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh, while, Vice Presidents also attended the meeting. On this occasion, Dr. Al-Draiweesh stressed the board members to make it sure that research must be conducted on new and contemporary topics. He added that research must pay to the society and its impact must reflect in the society. He urged the faculty members to promote scientific research and guide students to use scientific tools during the research and focus on societal needs. The board members discussed and analyzed synopses of thesis of Ph. D students from Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences, FBAS (IIUI).
