VICE PRESIDENTS VISIT NEW ACADEMIC BLOCK & STUDENTS FACILITATION CENTRE

On the directions of Worthy President, International Islamic University (IIU), Vice Presidents of the university visited the new academic block and the Students Facilitation Centre. They reviewed the process of shifting, allocation of offices, operationalization of the official work and use of modern technology for the facilitation of the students.
Vice President Female campus, Prof Dr. Samina Malik, Vice President Administration and Finance, Prof. Dr. Nabi Bux Jumani and Vice President Research and Enterprise/ Academics, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Shuja Syed were briefed about the shifting and allied new arrangements in the directorate of Academics and Students Facilitations Centre. They showed satisfaction on the speedy completion of the arrangements made for the new academic block and the students’ facilitation centre.

They opined that as per vision of Worthy President IIUI, the Directorate and Students Facilitation centre shall be equipped with modern technology, state of the art gadgets and well trained staff. They inspected various sections, assigned rooms, devised desks and various other locations dedicated for the Academics section.

They also gave valuable directions about cafeterias set up, decoration, interior of the building, entry and exit points as well as overall arrangements in the building. In addition, they also recommended few changes to make the facility more valuable.

It is pertinent to mention here that Worthy IIUI President has said that this facilitation centre must be an exquisite place that should address the issues of students with the help of courteous officials and modern use of technology. He directed that the shifting process must be completed within this month.
