US EMBASSY’S CULTURAL AFFAIRS OFFICER VISITS IIUI

Ms. Farah Chery-Medor, Cultural Affairs  Officer of the US Embassy Islamabad visited Critical Thinking Forum (CTF) office .
During her visit of the university, she also met with the Vice President (A&F) IIUI, Dr. Nabi Bux Jumani at his office and discussed possibilities of future collaborative projects with him. Dr. Jumani ensured Ms. Farah of University’s cooperation and thanked her for visiting IIUI.
During a brief meeting at CTF, she discussed the achievements of the Critical Thinking Forum (CTF) and the impact of its grant project “Consciousness Raising of Pakistani Women on Contemporary Academic and Social Issues” with the Founder of the CTF, Dr. Munazza Yaqoob. She also visited CTF seminar room, and met with some young members of the CTF.
Mr. Al- Hasan, from protocol & Public Relations office, was also present on the occasion and informed the delegates about the university’s efforts to foster a culture of tolerance and diversity in the university.
