STUDENTS FROM CADET COLLEGE KILLA SAIFULLAH, BALOCHISTAN VISIT IIUI

Education can bring significant change as youth is precious asset of Pakistan to bring revolutionary development. This was stated by Professor Dr. Muhammad Masoom Yasinzai, Rector International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) while meeting a delegation from Cadet College, Killa Saifullah, Quetta, Balochistan, visited IIUI New Campus on Wednesday, 12th December, 2019.

Addressing the delegation, Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai said hard working students are key factor for the stable country especially for Balochistan. He added that IIUI encourages induction of students IIUI.

Dr. Masoom elaborated the role of university in nation building, inculcating Islamic values and imparting contemporary knowledge. He said youth is future of Pakistan.  He added that no investment is better than the investment in youth. He emphasized that interdisciplinary research, and equal opportunities to the young minds can lead Pakistan towards prosperity and stability.

On the occasion, a documentary on IIUI was also played for delegation. Rector, IIUI also briefed students about the university, its academic programs, research contributions and presence of foreign faculty members and students.

Officials from Cadet College thanked Prof. Dr. Muhammad Masoom Yasinzai for making the visit valuable for participants. In the end a university crest was also presented by the Rector, IIUI to the head of the delegation.
