r. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh, President, International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) has said that IIUI is keenly focusing on producing skilled professionals in the field of engineering and strengthening its engineering faculty is one of the prime focuses of the university.
He was talking to a Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Re-accreditation team at his office. The meeting was also attended by Vice President AF&P, Dr. Muhammad Munir, Vice President HS&R, Dr. Naveed Aqdas Malik, Head of departments of the faculty and other relevant officials.
Dr. Al-Draiweesh said that Pakistani engineers are famous for their talent and abilities in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia where they are working in world’s famous engineering companies. He continued saying that Pakistani youth owns commendable potential. IIUI President added that IIUI students always have an edge of being harmonious minds because they acquire quality education at campuses integrated with teachings of Islam.
