Shariah Academy of International Islamic University (IIU) has published four new books .The four books included رسول اللہ ﷺ بحیثیت شارع و مقنن compiled by Dr. Muhammad Yousaf Farooqi and Professor Dr. Abdul Hai Abro (DG Shariah Academy), مقاصد شریعت اور جدید اسلامی بینکاری و مالیات authored by Professor Dr. Muhammad Tahir Mansoori (former Vice President, HS&R ), Islamic Judicial Ethics by Mr. Shaukat Hayat and اسلام کا خاندانی نظام compiled and edited by Professor Dr. Abdul Hai Abro were launched in the ceremony.
A ceremony of the launching of books was held here at the Faisal Masjid campus that was also attended by IIU President, H.E. Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi. These books shall be available at the publication section of the Academy.
The book included رسول اللہ ﷺ بحیثیت شارع و مقنن compiled by Dr. Muhammad Yousaf Farooqi and Dr. Abdul Hai Abro contains research papers of the renowned scholars in Seerah.
مقاصد شریعت اور جدید اسلامی بینکاری و مالیات is authored by Professor Dr. Muhammad Tahir Mansoori (former Vice President, HS&R) who in his introduction of the book in the launching ceremony discussed origin of Islamic banking in Pakistan, issue of concentration of wealth in society and importance of true implementation of Islamic Economic system. He also discussed the disparity in prevailing Islamic Banking system. Islamic Judicial Ethics by Mr. Shaukat Hayat discussed prevalent misconception that Islamic law does not provide any code of judicial conduct. The author has narrated detailed account of Islamic Judicial Ethics. The book اسلام کا خاندانی نظام compiled and edited by ProfessorDr. Abdul Hai Abro that is account of Academy’s distance learning course on family law in which Islamic scholars’ debates have been incorporated. It also contains an overview of family laws in the light of Shariah in different Islamic countries.
