SHARAIH ACADEMY ORGANIZES ISLAMIC LAW ORIENTATION COURSE FOR ULEMA AND MUFTIES

A three days Islamic Law Orientation Course for Ulema and Mufties from Queta and other cities of Blochistan organized bySharī‘ah Academy of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) concluded at Alhamd Islamic University, Quetta. The training course started on 24th of August and ended on 26th of August 2021. It was attended by Ulema and Mufties from Quetta and other major cities of Balochistan.

The main topics of Islamic  Law Orientation Course included, Sources of Islamic Law, Introduction to legal and Judicial system of Pakistan, Islamic provisions of the Constitution of Pakistan, Family law, Criminal law, objectives of Shariah, renewal of Usool e Fiqh, contemporary fiqh issues, and role of constitutional institutions in elimination riba in Pakistan.

Prof. Dr. Abdul Haye Abro Director-General Sharī‘ah Academy, Dr. Habib ur Rehman, Hafiz Ahmad Waqas, and Ibrahim Amir Hatim delivered comprehensive lectures during the three days training program.

Dr. Syed Aziz ur Rehman, Incharge Regional Dawah Center, Karach of Dawah Academy (IIUI) also joined the training course on the occasion.

During concluding ceremony of IOP course completion certificates and a set of books of the Shariah Academy were also distributed among the participants.

The Director-General Shariah Academy thanked the administration of Alhamd Islamic University Quetta for the hospitality and excellent arrangement for the course.

Reactor Alhamd Islamic University also thanked Director General Shariah Academy for organizing the course and hoped that Academy will organize such programmes in the future as well in Quetta. In the end, D.G. shariah Academy visited the library of the institution and presented a set of books published by the Academy.
