RDCS HOLDS TRAINING WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS

A two day training workshop for the schools Head Masters was organized by Regional Dawah Centre Sindh (RDCS) of International Islamic University (IIU).

Implementing the SOPs of global pandemic, as many as 20 teachers participated in the workshop. The inaugural ceremony was joined by Education Officer, Sobho Laghari and Supervisor Muhammad Hassan Gabool. MR. Laghari, while Thanking the Centre said that Dawah academy’s initiative of workshop for teachers was laudable.

The participants discussed topics and lectures on educational psychology, teacher as a role model in the light of Serrah of Holy Prophet (PBUH), time management and importance of Tajweed and Qirat.

The concluding ceremony was joined by Deputy Director Training, Education Department, Karachi, Kashif Akhtar who hailed Dawah Academy for serving society through Dawah and trainings. He stressed upon the participants to apply the gained knowledge in practical professional life hoping that it will bring positive change in society.

Incharge, Regional Dawah Centre, Dr. Syed Aziz ur Rehman said the workshop was an effort to revisit the responsibilities of a teacher in a short time. He said in future there will be long duration courses for the training of teachers.
Earlier, the Program Coordinator, Dr. Shezad Channa presented a short report of the workshop. The participants conveyed remarks, feelings and feedback on the conducted training workshop. At the end, the Chief guest distributed workshop completion certificates among the participants.
