President International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, held a general meeting with Director Human Resources, Mr. Ateeq ur Rehman Chughtai, and his team to discuss key administrative matters and institutional priorities.
During the meeting, the HR team briefed the President on the core functions and structure of the department. Special focus was given to the ongoing processes related to the Selection Board and the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC). The President stressed the importance of ensuring that all HR functions are carried out strictly in accordance with university rules and regulations.
He emphasized that employee grievances must be addressed proactively and reduced to the minimum. The HR department was urged to adopt a facilitative and supportive approach in order to promote a healthy, frustration-free working environment across the university.
President Dr. Alahmed assured the HR team of his full support, stating that constructive proposals and reform suggestions from the department will be welcomed and given due consideration.
