Member of the National Assembly, Parliamentary secretary on climate change, Naz Baloch called on Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi , President , International Islamic University , Islamabad (IIUI) , at his office at the new campus.
During the meeting, role of universities in nation building and role of academia in initiatives pertaining to climate change were discussed. IIUI President briefed about the profile of the university, its recent activities, collaborations and initiatives of national cause.
He said that academic excellence and provision of quality education are the priorities of university.
Naz Baloch appreciated the services of university and also hailed the arrangements made at university for the ideal education of female in a dedicated campus. She also appreciated the activities of the universities specially its initiatives regarding the environment protection.
The meeting was also attended by Dr. Samina Malik, Vice President, Female Campus, IIUI.
