H.E. Dr. Hathal Homoud Alotaibi chaired the 62nd committee of IIU Investment Committee held here at the Faisal Msjid campus. It was also attended by Mr. Wasim Ullah, Wing Head Audit & Inspection , National Bank of Pakistan, Dr. Nabi Bux Jumani, Vice President (AF&P), Noor Husain, Incharge Finance and Muhammad Aqeel, Assistant Director Finance.
The committee discussed issues such as investment opportunities and corporate engagements. On the occasion, IIU President said that the university is keen to enhance its investment projects and provide the best teaching and learning opportunity. He emphasized that talented professionals and youth are the real asset and their encouragement can lead us towards the destination of success.
He called for investing the maximum energies to manage the best resource for the academic excellence and best infrastructural provision at the campuses. He told that the university has approved its strategic plan and its implementation is a top priority. He told that E portal for distance learning has been established that will surely bring more foreigner students to IIU. He also told that the Institute of Professional Development of IIUI shall be made one of the leading training institutes to meet the training related needs of the university, while he also mentioned Iqra college telling that vocational training for students who miss the admission shall be arranged. IIUI President directed that international level classrooms must be ensured across the campuses and the students with the shining results must be encouraged.
