An international webinar on “Production of Micro and Nano lipids; Bench Top to Commercial Scale” was organized by the Department of Biological Sciences, Female Campus.
The objective of this webinar was to introduce the students and researchers about the lab scale to commercial scale synthesis of nano and micro lipids which will provide a new insight to the research students who want to work on nano and micro lipids carriers.
Invited speaker Dr. Misni Misran from University of Malaya, Malaysia elaborated in detail the Nanostructured lipid carriers, their applications in cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, food products, milk substitutes, supplements and finally their lab scale to commercial scale production.
An interactive session was held between the guest speaker and participants.On the occasion, Dr.Sobia Tabassum and Dr.Bushra Uzair faculty members at the department, thanked the guest speaker and participants for participation in the event.
