The topic was “Haquq-Ul-Abbad”. In the seminar local religious leaders, journalists and educationists participated. The audiences were more than two hundred. Most of them were female teachers who had come for training courses under this university. Dr. Talib Hussain Sial represented IRD and addressed the audience. The Principal of the College Prof. Muhammad Amin Qureshi, presided over the function. Dr. Muhammad Ayub Shahid, Prof. Anwar Jalal and leaders of the NGOs and religious leaders made speeches.
