The Participants of 59th Regular Shariah Course at the Shariah Academy of the International Islamic University (IIUI) visited the Federal Shariat Court.
The IIUI course particpants’ delegation was led by course coordinator Mr. Muhammad Asghar Shahzad, Lecturer (Shariah Academy).
The Registrar of the court Mr. Aymon Zia received the delegation, while they were briefed by the veteran Justice Dr. Fida Muhammad Khan who apprised about the establishment, functions and jurisdiction of the court and its role in Islamization of Laws in Pakistan.
Meanwhile, the Honorable Chief Justice Mr. Sheikh Najam ul Hasan invited the participants to his office for hi-tea where he encouraged such knowledgeable visit and offered gratitude to the Shariah Academy for giving the court an imperative opportunity to exchange experiences.
