Sardar Muhammad Yousaf, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs called on President International Islamic University Islamabad, Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh at his office, where matters pertaining to religious education and role of educational institutions for maintaining peace and stability in the society were discussed in the meeting.
Sardar Muhammad Yousaf hailed IIUI for its services to Muslim world and added that university was providing quality education to the young minds in light of Islamic teachings.
Dr. Al-Draiweesh said educational institutions play significant role to curb the challenge of violence and IIUI is committed for the cause by nurturing young mind. He reiterated his resolve that IIUI would keep playing its role for creating a milieu of peace in the country.
