An 8th meeting of Institutional Scholarship Award Committee was held here at Faisal Masjid campus of the university under the chairmanship of President IIUI, Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draweeish.
Final approval of the applicants for award of HEC and OGDCL need base scholarships were made in the meeting, while President IIUI was also briefed in detail about the background of the previous semester and details of the recommended applicants of both scholarships.
The meeting was also attended by Vice President s Dr. Muhammad Bashir Khan, Dr. Muhammad Munir and Dr. Aqdas Naveed Malik, while it was also attended by Director Academics Dr. Tahir Khalily, Director female campus, Dr. Farkhanda Zia and other relevant officials of Finance and representatives of OGDCL.
On the occasion, IIU President hailed the efforts of IIUI officers and staff for the scholarships and need base programs and appreciated OGDCL cooperation. He said that IIUI would keep striving for providing maximum facilities to the students.
