President of the International Islamic University in Islamabad, Prof. Dr. Ahmed bin Yousif Al-Draiweesh called on Director of Imam Muhammad Bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh, Dr. Ahmed bin Salim bin Mohammed Al Ameri.
The meeting discussed the issues pertaining to mutual intrest , while point of of scholarships by the Imam Muhammad University to IIUI. They also discussed exchange of delegations among both sides.
IIUI President congratulated the Director on behalf of Rector , IIUI population . IIUI President said that Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in Riyadh is most prestigious of the Saudi university which is focused on academic excellence and promotion of education across the Muslim world.
On this occasion, he presented a brief description of the International Islamic University Islamabad, its activities, vision, narrative of peace and activities. He told that IIUI is having more than 30000 students on both male and female campuses. He also briefed him on IIUI constituent units, faculties and conferences.
He also thanked the Imam University for sponsoring and hosting the judicial session, which will be attended by a number of judges from various courts in the provinces of Pakistan.
His Excellency the Director of Imam University thanked IIUI Rector and President for heartfelt felicitations and appreciated the role of IIUI. He also hailed role of IIUI President for bring a bridge between IIUI and KSA educational institutions.
He also stressed the upon partnerships and cooperation between the two universities to achieve their goals
At the end of the meeting, IIUI President presented a number of university publications and presented him with the annual report which contains the programs and activities’ details.
