Prof. Dr. Muhammad Masoom Yasinzai, Rector, International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) inaugurated tree plantation campaign here at New Campus of the University by planting a sapling in the lawn of Administration Block, Dr. Masoom urged the allied Officials of Horticultural Section and IIUI community to vigorously participate in the campaign to achieve the targets successfully. According to details Pine, Platen and fruit trees would be planted during the campaign.
The ceremony was organized by Horticulture Section of the University. On this occasion Prof. Dr. Muhammad Tahir Khalily, Vice President (Academics), Prof. Dr. Farkhanda Zia, Vice President, Female Campus, Prof. Dr. Samina Malik, Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Arshad Zia, Dean, Faculty of Basic and Applied Sciences, Prof. Dr. Ayaz Afsar, Dean, Faculty of Languages and Literature, Principal Medical Officer, Dr. Muhammad Wakeel, Dr. Abdul Hameed, Director Quality Enhancement Cell, Dr. Hafiz Anwar, Incharge Alumnai, Khalid Mehmood Raja, Director (Administration) and a large number of faculty members and administrative Officials of the University, were present in the ceremony.
