n with world book day, female campus of International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) arranged a book launching ceremony of the book “Suno Pyari Beti” written by Ms. Razina Alam Khan who is an ex-Senator and member of the Board of Trustees, IIUI and is currently working as Chairperson of the National Commission for Human Development Islamabad.
The book launching ceremony was held in Auditorium, Fatima Tuz Zahra Block. On the occasion, the author presented an overview of the book and said that this book is written specifically for the women keeping in view the developmental stages and various aspects of life they have to deal with.
Prof. Dr. Masoom Yasinzai , Rector International Islamic University appreciated the initiative taken by the Director Female Campus for acquainting the youth with such a learned female member. He said that it is the responsibility of all of us to groom the female student and stressed that the teachers should pay attention to the overall development of the personalities of the female students.
Prof. Dr. Samina Malik in her address thanked Ms. Razina Alam Khan for taking the initiative to write this book for the women and to the Rector IIUI for sparing his time for the activities of Female Campus. She advised the students to comply with the teachings of Islam and follow the advice mentioned from time to time in classes and during various activities.
It was also attended by Chairpersons, faculty members and students of various departments of Female Campus.
