The Directorate of Student Affairs (Male), International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), organized the opening ceremony of the Indoor Games along with a Kashmir Solidarity Walk on Tuesday in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day 2026.
The Vice President (Administration & Finance), Syed Hassan Aftab, attended the event as Chief Guest. He formally inaugurated the Indoor Games by playing a table tennis match with the Director Student Affairs (Male), Dr. H. Ghufran Ahmad.
The event concluded with a Kashmir Solidarity Walk led by the Vice President (A&F), joined by officials of the Directorate of Student Affairs (Male) and the Sports Section (Male), IIUI.
A large number of students, faculty members, and administrative officials participated in the event to demonstrate unity and express support for the people of Kashmir. The activity highlighted IIUI’s commitment to peace, human rights awareness, and national solidarity.
