A 10th Meeting of Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) of International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) for year 2019 was held at Faisal Masjid Campus, under the chairmanship of President, IIUI Dr. Ahmed Yousif Al-Draiweesh.
It was also attended by Vice Presidents, Deans, HoDs and relevant faculty members.
On this occasion, Dr. Al-Draiweesh stressed the board members to make it sure that research must be conducted on new and contemporary topics. He added that research must pay to the society and its impact must reflect in the society. He urged the faculty members to promote scientific research and guide students to use scientific tools during the research and focus on societal needs. The board members discussed and analyzed synopses of thesis of Ph. D students and recommended valuable changes.
