Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (Academics), International Islamic University (IIU), chaired a meeting of the conveners of various sub-committees constituted for the University’s 13th Convocation. The meeting focused on reviewing final arrangements and deliberating on key planning issues related to the mega event.
During the meeting, the Chair was briefed on the proposed convocation procedures, planning framework, and overall progress of preparations. Conveners presented updates on their respective areas and discussed important matters including venue reservation, advertisement and publicity, guest invitations, and registration arrangements.
Several recommendations were put forward to ensure that the convocation is conducted in a well-organized, memorable, and dignified manner. Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman emphasized the importance of effective coordination among all sub-committees and urged timely completion of assigned tasks to ensure the smooth execution of the event.
Concluding the meeting, the Chair appreciated the efforts of the conveners and reaffirmed the University’s commitment to holding a successful and prestigious 13th Convocation.
