DEPARTMENT OF ANTHROPOLOGY ORGANIZES WORKSHOP

The Department of Anthropology (Female Campus) organized a workshop on leadership in class for its faculty members.

The workshop was focused on challenges of lecture designing and persuasive delivering of sessions in online classes, time management, personal integrity, paper setting, evaluation and leading the students with pro-activism and motivation amid ongoing global pandemic. The model out lines and class lectures were provided.

The speakers noted that it has been highly recommended to incorporate Islamic morals and values in the beginning of every class and conclude classes on practical implication of the subject matter.

This was an effort to bring all the visiting faculty members together under one roof, listening to the challenges they face and facilitating them to get prepare for the upcoming semester with full zeal and zest.

Earlier, Dr. Noreen Sehar, Chairperson, Department of Anthropology welcomed the faculty members and motivated them for effective teaching by sharing the concepts and practices on leadership. She also shared creative techniques of teaching and learning.  Dean Faculty of Social Sciences, Dr Aman Mehmood also graced the session and shared her thoughts and motivational experiences with the young teachers.
