A delegation of six teachers and 30 BS English (Final Year) students from Government Post Graduate College for Women, Mardan, visited the Central Library of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI).
The Chief Librarian, Dr. Muhammad Zulqarnain Akhtar, along with library staff, welcomed the delegation. During the visit, the delegation toured various sections of the library, including the Circulation Desk, Reference Collection, Reserve Collection, Theses Collection, IIU Publications, Gosha-e-Iqbal, and Sirah Section.
They were also briefed about the IT Lab, PhD Lab, Video Conferencing Room, Research Cabins, and the United Nations Information Resource Center (UNIRC). In the Seminar Room, the students were introduced to the library’s digital resources, including the HEC Digital Library.
The delegation expressed interest in the library’s resources and services and acknowledged the facilities and access to digital resources provided to its patrons.
