The program’s mission is to develop professionals who are capable of leading, managing, and applying decision-making skills using current project management practice.
 
Introduction
The BS Project Management & includes comprehensive coverage of project schedule, cost, resource, scope, quality, procurement, communications, risk and stakeholder management. This program will help to develop leadership, business and project management skills needed to become a well-skilled project manager or project team member. The emphasis of this program will be developing broad and coherent theoretical and technical knowledge of the project management discipline.
 
Learning Outcomes of the Program
TAfter completion of BS Project Management, the students will be able:

  1. To manage projects effectively, including the management of scope, time, costs, and quality.
  2. To manage & lead the project team effectively.
  3. To develop effective strategies to plan, execute, monitor, control and coordinate projects successfully in an organization.
  4. To manage project risk, including identifying, analyzing and responding to risk.
  5. To analyze and manage stakeholder expectations and engagement to ensure a successful project outcome
  6. To strategically apply project management practices in a variety of organizational and international settings

Selection Criteria
Admission will be based on Test (Test 60%, previous qualification 40%).
