BS Project Management

Mission
The program’s mission is to develop professionals who are capable of leading, managing, and applying decision making skills using contemporary project management practices.
 
Introduction
The BS Project Management includes comprehensive coverage of project schedule, cost, resource, scope, quality, procurement, communications, risk and stakeholder management. This program will help to develop leadership, business and project management skills needed to become a well-skilled project manager or project team member. The emphasis of this program will be developing broad and coherent theoretical and technical knowledge of the project management discipline.

Graduates of Project Management Program are expected to achieve the following Program Edu-cational Objectives for BSPM program.

Throughout the BS Project Management Program, the students will learn:

  • How to manage projects effectively, including the management of scope, time, costs, and quality.
  • How to Develop effective strategies to plan, execute, monitor, control and coordinate projects successfully in an organization
  • Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations and engagement to ensure a successful project outcome
  • Strategically apply project management practices in a variety of organizational and international settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The application of successful team development with management strategies in a global setting

Admission will be based on Test (Test 60%, previous qualification 40%).
