
The Iqbal International Institute for Research and Dialogue (IRD) of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) has released a new publication titled “Religious and Social Life of Baha’i and Parsi Communities of Pakistan” authored by Dr. Abdul Farid Barohi.
The publication, issued under the guidance and vision of Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, President of IIUI, explores the historical background, social conditions, and contemporary circumstances of the Baha’i and Parsi communities in Pakistan.
The study examines their religious beliefs, cultural practices, and economic aspects, presenting an ethnographic account of their collective life. It traces changes and continuities in their social structures, offering an informed understanding of how these communities have adapted over time.
