• Introduction to the sources, foundational principles, and objectives of Islamic Law (Maqāṣid al-Sharī‘ah).
• Understanding various legal and religious debates surrounding Pakistan’s constitutional and legal system.
• Enabling lawyers to effectively plead cases related to various aspects of Islamic law, for instance, Islamic family law and Islamic law of inheritance.
