President of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI), Prof. Dr. Ahmed Saad Alahmed, held a follow-up meeting with the Human Resource Management & Development (HRM&D) team to review preparations for the upcoming Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) proceedings.
Prof. Dr. Abdul Raheman, Vice President (A&F)/Academics, along with the HR team, briefed the President on the progress and key elements of the DPC process.
Reaffirming the university’s commitment to transparent and rule-based HR practices, the President stressed the importance of timely and merit-driven promotions. The session built on his earlier engagement with the HR department, where he had emphasised employee facilitation and broader institutional reforms.
The meeting was also attended by Mr. Atiq Ur Rehman Chughtai, Director HRM&D, Dr. Ali Metab Alahmari, Director President Office and Mr. Saqib Rasheed, Deputy Director HRM&D, IIUI.
