The Business Incubation Centre (BIC) of the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI) launched the Entrepreneurship Drive 2025 on April 29, 2025, aimed at promoting en-trepreneurship among faculty and staff.
The inaugural session was held at the BIC from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and featured a lecture by Engr. Muhammad Ahsen Mirza, Director of BIC and Science, Technology and Business Space (STBS). The session focused on the fundamental steps required to start a business and highlighted the role of entrepreneurship in economic development.
Participants were introduced to an entrepreneurial roadmap, outlining support and resources available through BIC for launching new ventures.
The drive will continue with sessions and workshops to provide practical knowledge and skills for business creation. The initiative is part of IIUI’s efforts to support innovation and build a strong entrepreneurial ecosystem within the university.
